Established by Tilda Bostwick in 2020, the name Fundraising Talent was chosen to honour the talented and dedicated fundraising professionals in our sector. We are a national agency recruiting professional fundraisers for the charity sector. 

Tilda Bostwick - Owner and Recruitment Consultant

Tilda lives and breathes the NFP sector,  with 16 years as a fundraiser and matchmaking skills honed over seven years with Execucare NZ,  Tilda has a reputation as someone who is compassionate and a fixer. She offers an in-depth first-hand knowledge of the sector, unrivalled networks and a creative and collaborative approach to recruitment.

Tilda is a member of The Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association (RCSA) and a Fellow of the Fundraising Institute of New Zealand (FINZ).

Carly Murrell - Recruitment Consultant

With 12+ years’ experience across international major gift fundraising and more recently in recruitment, Carly's career has come full circle to help fundraisers find amazing opportunities in the non-profit sector here in New Zealand.

Carly started fundraising across multiple US based national non-profit organisations then moved into the University space, managing major gift portfolios at the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston and then at the University of Auckland's Medical Faculty. Carly's hands-on fundraising experience mixed with recruiting in the New Zealand market allow her to offer credible and unique talent management for non-profits across NZ.
