Established by Tilda Bostwick in 2020, the name Fundraising Talent was chosen to honour the talented and dedicated fundraising professionals in our sector.
We are a national agency specialising in the not-for-profit sector. We partner with charities, foundations, and educational institutions to recruit professional fundraisers at all levels, including 8% from outside the sector with transferable skills.
As former fundraisers, we deeply understand the sector’s language, skills, and expertise needed. With 87% of placements in permanent roles and 13% in fixed-term contracts, we provide tailored workforce solutions.
What sets us apart is our genuine connection to the charity sector—we are seen as valuable contributors and collaborators, committed to strengthening the industry through exceptional recruitment services.
